"fixed up someday"
My travels, work and pleasure, takes me too many places. As a result, I’m always checking behind the old farm houses for 60-66 Chevy trucks. Over the past 20+years I’ve located many, if not all, in a 100mile radius of my location. Many of those located, I’ve inquired about and heard the same story. “I’m going to fix it up someday” plus “it ran when I parked it.”
Update!!!!! Over the past two weeks, my travels have taken me back by the locations of three such trucks. All three were 64-66 LWB with BBW. I first saw all three some 20+ years ago. Well, I wish to report “someday” has got here. All three are no longer sitting with weeds and trees growing around them. They have been moved to somewhere. I can only pray they are not crushed, but are in someone’s garage being “fixed up someday”. Is there a surge in popularity of our trucks? Is anyone else seeing this trend? Shorty |

Re: "fixed up someday"
I've taken a couple dozen pictures of 60-66 trucks languishing away in fields and side yards in the area. Surprising to find a few of them are now gone, so I'm hopeful someone bought them to fix up. For all I know they could have been snatched up by forum members after seeing the photos.
