early conversion truck?

It looks to short to be a crew, any ideas on how this was made?

It's a long bed crew with a cab and chassis rear axle. Back doors were welded shut and smoothed . What's going on with the ladder bar setup under that thing?

Looks to me like the back if the cab was added on to a regular cab.
I agree the back looks too short to be a standard crew cab...
