Had one of those type systems in a Murano I used to have. Bought the car new and traded it after 11 months of pure pain and misery. One of the major problems we had with that keyless system is the jamming of or loss of the signals between the car and the RFID keyfob unit. More than once the car went into "shut down mode" while driving at highway speeds because of loss of signal between the RFID and the car. And this happened when both my wife and I were in the car with BOTH RFID keyfob units in the car with us.

Cool system in theory and looks great in your truck, but be careful in case you run into the same situation as I encountered.
