STUPID upper control arm question!
I am finally reassembling my front supsenion after a couple years. I have swapped to the newer 73-87 arms. However, I wondering how I can tell which upper control arm goes on to which side? with out putting everything together twice!!!
thanks Brad W |

Here's a random thread with good pics to show you how they should look when they're on correctly.

Re: STUPID upper control arm question!
The easiest way to tell is that the shock mount goes towards the rear.

Re: STUPID upper control arm question!
The shock mount tab is on the lower control arm. You are correct that the shock mount is on the aft side, though.

Re: STUPID upper control arm question!
There is a slotted hole for the brake line that goes to the front.
