air compressor install...
anyone done a york compressor install like this?

Those pumps are really cool. From A/C to air compressors.

I was thinking about mounting mine between the a/c compressor and the alternator on my suburban, and maybe the same place on my dually, right in front of the thermostat housing, it'll require some thinking for the upper radiator hose.

I am in the middle of installing one on my '78 Diesel. My truck had a dealer installed a/c from the early 80's and I am just repurposing the pump for air compressor use. I have already completed the lubrication mod and I am just waiting on some $$ to make itself available to buy all of the other components.
