82 Headlight bezels on my 85

Something smacked one of headlight bezels and broke it all to pieces. I went in my parts to find one, and wouldn't you know the only ones I had were the other side. So I found some that I think are 82's and put them on. The look is wrong but really it's not that bad. If all the surround trim was on most folks wouldn't know it's not right.

Don't look bad. If it bugs you, the new aftermarkets are only $17 for the right and $12 for the left it appears. That's from Keystone/Auto Panels Plus in Tulsa. Probably cheaper if you tell them you work at a shop and need them for your POV.

Those look like 83-84 headlight bezels.

They really kinda match the grille if you think about it.

Good looking truck!

it really doesnt look bad if you slip the rest of the trim on. the average joe isnt gonna see a differance unless you point it out. a square head is the only ones that will notice the differance.

good lookin ride buddy

Randy I didn't even think about Keystone, I guess it's LKQ now. I buy from them from time to time. Wierd that one is higher than the other. Thanks.

They probably are 83-84 I forget that stuff. LOL

Thanks for the compliments, I just need to get it painted and get all the trim back on it.

I have a driver's (LH) original in pretty decent shape. If you want it & will pay the postage, you can have it.

Just PM me your details if interested.

83-84 for sure. If it were me i'd stick an 84 grill in it too. I have a soft spot for that look.
