Re: New Canuck
Okay, well it aint much but I like her and it's little friend in the back.
I removed the running boards added wheel well flares and a lund wiper cowl, all are needed for the roads around this neck of the woods, I am going to put the cab running boards back on though, it is in need of a good cut polish right now. I installed 98 buckets and console and a Vega GT steering wheel. Engine has 50k kms, was supposed to be built to 300 horse, needs intake, throttle body work and headers to get it up there. I TRULY want another 65/66 Chevy truck though ! Last edited by semiextreme; 04-12-2012 at 08:59 PM. Reason: forgot |

Re: New Canuck
Thanx,
I just got a 2000 mazda slotege... for driving back and forth to work and winter driving, the truck is going to be used for pleasure use now (camping, fishing and biking) and park it in the winter. and save to fix it up more. Early 60's trucks are awsome, I had two, both 66, both beaters but I trusted them to go anywhere. Now, if and when I can swing a deal or afford one, I would like to find one that is in decent shape. |
