Yes it was included. I should have indicated that info to you. I usually unbolt it and take the rod from the booster and disconnect that. There is no bolt that goes onto the brake pedal though.

I thought the rod went with it as well but just found that out the hard way.
I also noted he passed... So "I'll take it" if the 40 shipped is still good to 67110. Lmk
