How to make a grill shine

I am taking of my outter grill on my 69 to knock out a few dents. any body have any tips on how to make it nice and shiney. thanks

miket listed a good thread, lots of info.
Oven cleaner will remove anodizing just don't leave it on the part for more than 10-15 minutes, the anodized coating will not polish.
