pinion angle ? with rear drop shackles
my 85c10 was already dropped some when i got it what my question is they used the flip shackle kit on the rear does this affect the pinion angle of your rear end housing any? i really have not gotten under it and got the angle gague after it. its just a question i had laying here in bed reading others questions on several forums. thanks for any answers

I have not experienced and pinion angle issues with that lowering method on the 73-87s.

i finally got under the truck today and measured it the pinion angle is 5.5 to 6 degrees witch is fine with me it will be plenty for axel wrap and still have a smooth ride without driveshaft shimmy
