Is this a good price?

My truck is going to need new tires but since i dont like the rims my truck has on right now I thought this were good. what do you guys think?

They sure look clean. If that's what you are looking for that's a decent deal. I would make sure they fit before you give him cash. Make sure the "universal" isn't just 4 1/2" and 4 3/4".
Find out how old the tires are too. If they are very old they may fail quickly.

there were a couple of guys here who had some similar rims.. they look great on these squares and as much as i hate to admit it particularly with a SMALL drop they make the truck look really sharp

if its 4 1/2 and 4 3/4 then they wont fit?

You need 5x5". Check out this link, pay special attention to the 5 on 5 measuring, it's a little different.
