You can get another arm and bolt it to the top.
Heat and bend the arm into position that clears the bean. lop off the front arm part of the original and the rear arm part of the new top one. So you end up with a lower with no front arm and an upper with no rear arm.

Leave both arms intact until you get the upper arm bent correctly.

Wont I have bump steer issues beacuse the drag link will be no where near level?
