still here

Hey guys hows it ? I have not posted for awhile been busy with other things.
Last year I scored some 67 front hubs to replace the 60' ball bearings and was going to install them but was I wa unable to get the old ones off
But now that winter is over I can start on my truck again. Disc brake swap for sure, still debating if I should run manual disc or use a 7" booster ( due to clearence issues with the six banger). Just ordered upper bal joints for it too. Have a line on a 390 cfm 4bbl.
Sadly and I am sure we all in one way or other , money has been tight and I had to put some things on the back burnner.
I still have not swaped out the rear end, John had made me a sweet deal, but I had to wait.
I'll post progress and pics as I go

Re: still here

My experience was that if you're young and healthy manual disc brakes aren't that much different than manual drum brakes, as far as pedal pressure is concerned. Having chronic back problems, I finally got to where I couldn't drive the truck without adding a booster.
