Info on these wheels
Can anyone tell me what center caps these use? They supposedly came off of a 2010 or so. Thanks.

Re: Info on these wheels
That doesn't look familiar. Is it a spare?

Re: Info on these wheels
Nope, I've got a set of 4 and they're brand new. I've never seen any others like them. They've still got the valve stems with the sensors in them, so I know they weren't spares. The lady that I bought them from said she bought them from a guy who had just bought a new truck and put '22s on it. She bought them for the tires for her truck and then sold me the rims. They were listed on CL as 2010 stock Chevy truck wheels.

I'm not sure on the center caps, but here's some info on the rims.

Re: Info on these wheels
Ok, I remeasured and I guess they are the 17 in spare. What I don't get is why a truck would come with 4 of these as a set.

Re: Info on these wheels
Those are factory spares.
They are usually sold by people that scrap or sell parts off of wrecks. They collect them off of every truck that comes thru their yard. The only vehicle I have ever seen them on is a highway patrol SUV. The standard steel wheel center caps that came on '99-up Silverados will work on these.

Re: Info on these wheels
Actually...if you have a set of four and the person selling them took them off to put 20-22s on the vehicle...more than likely they where on a Tahoe/suburban that had the option for a dealer installed wheel package. GM does not ship them with a $4000 wheel and tire package on them. They arrive at the dealership with the steel 17s...then when they are pdi'd the techs put the fancy wheels on.

Re: Info on these wheels
Are the stems with sensors in them worth anything?

Re: Info on these wheels
As far as center caps, maybe you could find some police type center caps for them.
