Redemption!!!

After being STUPID and shooting myself in the foot first round at the last ADRA race,, Went to the Northern Az Shootout last weekend at Speedworld and runner up'd in SuperPro and Runner up in Fastest Street Legal shootout. Only missed by 0.09 taking the win in the heads up race on a hole shot.

Disabeled the throttle stop, set the shift to rpm shift at 6600 instead of by time and the ol farm truck just cruised along to 11.0's - 11.teens all day in 4800-5300', HOT Azz air. FINALLY!! needed some win lights before the summer break

.....It's kinda the same when your STUPID.

I just did my taxes and reviewed my SS statement. Thanks to the current administration it looks like I will only have to work till noon on the day of my funeral.

Re: Redemption!!!

Congrats! Way to go! I always found that the harder I tried, the less successful I was. The races that I won, or went the most rounds, I was either sick, or expected go out in the first round. I think that was because I was more relaxed and let the car do what I built it to do instead of over thinking things and making too many changes, etc.
