203 t case conversion kit???

i want to know if any of you have put this is your truck? and if it makes the case like a 205. so you can drive in 2wd then shift into 4wd after your stuck. also how hard it is to install, wheather or not you have to take it out of the truck or if you can do it while it is in the truck.

I did mine out of the truck, but only because the trans and case were already out. The kit was pretty easy to put in as I remember. If I remember correctly, you can shift on the fly to the "LOC" (high or low) positions while moving. You do have to stop to move from high to low, though.

What kit did you use?What did they say about lubrication?

I have a converted 203 and was told 10w40 is good and after you convert it about once a month I put it in 4 wheel loc but dont lock hubs to lubracate all the seals.
