Painting all the jambs and inside the bed (or getting a spray in liner) will more than double the cost of a paint job. A normal paint job does not require removing the fenders, hood, doors etc and changing colors does. Well I should add if it's done right it involves all that. You could always roll the windows down and just start painting.
