Can you tell me if the grille mounting panel for GMC trucks is different than the grill mounting panel for Chevy? I have a GMC truck that I would really like to take back to GMC but need to know if the same mounting panel is used?

There the same, just where the grille itself bolts on is different you will have to drill new holes to bolt on grille
