Swapping in a 10 bolt into a 68 C10

I have a nicely built 10 bolt I pulled out of my 86 IROC (3.73 gears and Auburn Pro Posi) . Will I be able to drop this into my 68 C10. I have the trailing arms / coil spring setup. Does anyone make brakets to mount it to the arms and brackets for the panhard rod?

Thanks ( I wish I could search on this board. Anyone know if it will ever be turned back on?)

Chevyduty has a kit in their catalog...I'm sure other vendors have it as well.

Why don't you sell the 10 bolt rearend and buy a 3.73 posi gear set for your 12 bolt rearend. I think the way you are wanting to do it is a hard way.... JMO

It would be easier to go for the truck pcs, but I think the strength/weaknes to be found will be in axle spline/diameter.....you will also be on a 4.75 bolt circle, vs the 5 on 5 on the truck(71 up). Here is a link.. http://www.classicperform.com/produc...ersion-Kit.htm good luck, crazyL
