Re: another steering wheel fetish
As soon as one pops up, then more will always pop up. Everyone is now checking their NOS stockpiles for steerwheels to sell. Same thing happens in the vintage watch industry for parts items like rare watch bands or rare bezels. You'll see 5 or 10 more listed and then the price will slowly go down until we all lose interest.

Re: another steering wheel fetish
So,I figure a $1,200-1,800 steering wheel would be just right for a $95,000 truck,right?

Re: another steering wheel fetish
Crazy. I was thinking about dumping my LeCarra and going back to an OE wheel in the dually. Perhaps not.

Re: another steering wheel fetish
I bought an '85 Sierra Classic K20 Suburban with a sweet steering wheel (and a laundry list of other nice parts like the grille and a Goodwrench crate motor) for $1,000

Re: another steering wheel fetish
well we could look at it this way. At least those dumb people spending that much on a steering wheel are helping the rest of us justify what we spend on our trucks.
