pickup vs. panel frame... any differences???

I have my 68' panel that I have been aquiring parts for since last October. I purchased a 69' LWB pickup for parts on Saturday. The P.O. has already installed all new front end including drop spindles & springs 6 lug disk brake upgrade etc.
My questions ...
is the frame the same on both of them?
Body mount locations the same?
both are 4x2.

It would make sense to me that if they are the same, to keep the 69 frame and work on it while collecting the rest of the metal for the body rebuild ( and the pesky Blazer distraction). Either way I will most likely do body off build on the panel
