Will these fit my 82 C10 sortbox???

Bolt Pattern: 5-lug, 5 x 4.75" (5x120.65mm)

Staggered Setup:
2- 18 x 8 Front wheels
Offset: +2mm, Backspace: 4 1/2"


2- 18 x 9.5" Rear wheels
Offset: -4mm, Backspace: 5"

Wrong lug pattern, you need a 5x5.

The bolt pattern is for a Chevy car. Your bolt pattern is 5" x 5" if it's stock.

Oh man,............. I wasn't even looking at the lug pattern but see it now... I was focussing on backspacing too much. Thanks guys.

If you really want to know what will fit http://www.summitracing.com/parts/PHP-01201 its a nice little tool that will let you test fit any rim size back spacing and tire you can dream up.
