the bar is 1" and the old crap bushing looks to be 1" 1/8

The larger bars in our trucks were 1-1/16

There are a whole host of bar sizes, 1", 1 1/16", 1 1/8", 1 3/16", 1 1/4", 1 5/16"
Grab a tape measure or caliper and see what you have. Then google poly 1 1/4" sway bar bushings (or whatever size) and you will find plenty of options.

If you know a friend or relative that has a card have them order one for you. Just pay him/her the cash and have it shipped to your address.

Around me all autoparts stores stock them.
I got moog poly bushings for about 10$ a pair.

You can usually buy a prepaid "credit" card at a lot of stores and use that to order online. They work good when you don't want to have to worry about people getting into your regular bank account (s) too.
