Eastwood Fast Etch Rust Remover

Is this product good for eliminating surface rust? My bed has quite a bit of surface rust. Nothing major, just enough to bug the hell out of me. I have a wire wheel, i figured I'd wheel off the surface rust, but I was told about products I can spray on that will completely eliminate the surface rust and when it dries, itll be left read to be painted. Is this so? I'm going to spray it down and blast it with white rustoleum spray paint and call it done, I was considering a bed liner, but to be quite honest, I just don't have the time or the patience for the prep work. Does anyone have a product they recommend that is better then the Eastwood Rust Remover? Thanks guys!

you may get more responses over in the body work section.. i will also ask the guy who did my truck what he uses for rust treatment as my truck and car were just done up and i know he used some kind of grey junk in there to neutralize it

Wurth has some products for this too. My father in law swears by Wurth's stuff.

I believe it's the cavity filler at the bottom of the page, but I will ask him.
