Exclamation All carbed out need help

Got a sb 350 with a just rebuilt qjet it fires up but runs like crap and won't stay running the shop told me I would need to set it I've tried the mixture screws all the way to the right and back two turns but still runs the same any ideas would be a god send right now trying to get it running enough to get it back home cause I might have to sell her

Bring her on out some more. Qjets aren't limited to just 2 turns, thats just a start point. I have seen them start running good at 3. Get a vac guage, hook it to manifold vac and adjust screws to highest vac.

If it won't stay running at 2 turns look for a vacuum leak, Did you re-install the carb with a new base gasket ?
