Spedo

I'm replacing the spedo cable this weekend, its broken off where it connects to the trans. I know I'm going to have to rip my dash apart which is a pain all by itself but is there anything else I should be prepared for, or is this a fairly straight forward job?

Any special tools required, any other parts that I might have to replace, etc?

Re: Spedo

You can reach up and disconnect the speedo cable behind the dash without pulling the cluster. Push the retaining clip up out of the way while pulling out on the cable.
