Pics of coil springs in C20 and C30 trucks?

Hey all. I was poking around under the truck the other day and I noticed that the middle 3 coils on the rear springs look like they've collapsed! Are they actually supposed to be together like that? Does anyone happen to have a pic or 2 of a "normal" 3/4 or 1 ton suspension where the springs are clearly visible?

Many thanks,

Greg

Yep, it's normal. These are the ones off my C20 I cleaned and painted last year.
