Removing lower kingpin bushing from dana60 help please
I need some help to figure out how to remove the lower bushings for a Dana 60 for the lower king pin I've looked all around an cant find a answer any help would be great . Do I need to just drive it out with a punch or what

The bottom plate is bolted to the bottom of the knuckle and the bearing rides on a race pressed into the bottom of the inner C. One of mine came out with a punch from the top (sheetmetal cover got dinged up, oh well) and the other one I had to weld a bead inside to shrink it then it popped out with a few blows.

Ok Thanks I tried to knock it out the other day didn't seem to want to move will try a better drift or chisel or something an continue to beat on it thanks again won't sure if that was the best way to get it out or if there was something easier
