Drum brake question
Im not too sure whats wrong.. im thinking i need a new booster and/or master cylinder. When i press the brake pedal its like the trucks stops but about the time i come to a full stop it rolls a little bit, even when i press down hard on the brakes. can anyone help me out??

Does it give you the sensation that the brakes have been released or does it roll further than you feel it should? Have you inspected the each corner yet?

is there any usable brake shoe material inside the drums to cause the brakes to stop anything

ive inspected all of the the pads and everything is smooth on them but no matter how hard i press the brake.. it rolls..... not a lot but enough to make me worry.. its like im letting off of the brakes when im actually not

Go get a master cylinder. It sounds like its bleeding down. Have you tried a second pump to rebuild pressure?

Well I don't want you to crumple it trying to figure out whats wrong but if you feel comfortable enough to test it then do so. When it does it, pump the brake again and see if it builds pressure and stops. From what I gather so far, the master is the problem .
