rear fender tire clearance 49

for those of you who went pretty low. what did you do with the inner fender brace. running 275/60 top of wheel opening is at top of wheel

I kept mine, but I cut relief slits in them and pounded them flat against to top of the fender so that they would not internfer. I also drilled out the rivet and welded them smooth.

Obviously I did this prior to paint.

I am running 20's now, but I mocked up with 275/60 15 set up with air ride and they cleared.

What did you do to the front braces to fit the larger wheels?

Got rid of them. I'm not running the stock braces in the front. I made some other ones to offer support.

I don't run the rear brace. I notched and reinforced the front braces.
