CPP rear sway bar
Hey guys, has anyone used the CPP rear sway bar? I picked up a brand new front and rear for a great price. One problem so far is the trailing arm brackets don't line up right. The hole on one side of bracket will go into trailing arm, but the other hole hits right in the center of where the two halves of arm meet. Also, I have heard some say don't use a rear arm on lowered trucks. Mine is lowered with CPP 5 inch springs and delux trac bar. Thanks...

Re: CPP rear sway bar
I have those same swaybars. The front is installed, but not the rear yet.
I take it yours did not come with instructions. You have to drill some holes to install the bar. Go to the CPP website and look up the directions for the swaybar. |

Re: CPP rear sway bar
I would be curious to see how people feel about them in general. I ordered a set, was backordered. I called ECE in the meantime they suggested only running a front, so I bought theirs instead.

Re: CPP rear sway bar
I had both front and rear in my truck for a few years. They worked perfectly, when I replaced my rear trailing arms with the square tubing from ECE I did not re install the rear sway bar as it would not fit and when I installed the air ride I replaced the front sway bar with the muscle bar from Ride tech.
If you are running the stock rear trailing arms and just have a static drop or stock height I would highly reccomend them..
