*Resolved *Very unhappy with GMCNUT
Sent payment for a set of 60-66 cowl extensions on 3/7/12.
Found them in this thread http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=513293 Communication was very good at first. A month went by, I checked in, was assured they would ship out. Another 2-3 weeks, I repeatedly questioned the status only to be ignored. After a full 60 days had gone by, I complained about it in the thread, here: http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...=513293&page=7 And of course that spurred him into at least replying. I asked for my money back. That was now the 10th of May, or 7 days ago, and of course have not received any response at all. I've sent him a paypal invoice, which of course has also gone unanswered. It's only $50. I'd love the dough to be able to purchase a set elsewhere. |

Re: Very unhappy with GMCNUT
I did PM him on your behalf on 5/13. He has not been on the site since 5/10. Just so you know. Hopefully he will show up soon and take care of it all.

Re: Very unhappy with GMCNUT
I sell a ton on ebay/online, so I try to be as patient as possible, as many of my clients will begin bugging me for tracking numbers 3 seconds after making payment.
Unfortunately, I waited the full 61 days before making my paypal claim, so I was "a day late", and well, you know the rest. |

Re: Very unhappy with GMCNUT
Spoke to him today. Seemed genuinely apologetic and seems like he is going to make it right.

Re: Very unhappy with GMCNUT
Wow, he gave him the parts AND a full refund! And all for something that was beyond his control. Now that's a stand-up guy!

Re: Very unhappy with GMCNUT
To any members and admin folks were wondering about this, its 100% true - I never got around to sending his panels due to a lot of unfortunate family health related issues here that prevented me from even being on the computer since he posted to all of you showing his irritation with me. Since then I have spoken to him and have agreed to not only send his parts this week but also give him a full refund for waiting so long. In the period while I was unable to access a computer, I also managed to unintentionally tick off a single Ebay member as well, and in doing that, he has opened a Paypal dispute that has 100% of my Paypal funds locked until resolved so I can't even refund KSTYLES' 50.00 yet - we will get that cleared up any day now and KSTYLES will indeed get both the desired refund AND the parts free of charge for the inconvenience.
Thankfully KSTYLES is the only 67-72 board member I know of who has ever had to wait this long for parts from me, and it was due to a rare set of circumstances I do not expect to occur again. Hope this message helps everyone to understand and not to be concerned if you should buy something from me in the future. Thank you |
