Original Dash $?

Was wondering how much an original dash would sell for... I have an extra one from my 72 C10. It is black, and on the back it has: "D.R.C. ACCEPTANCE DATE 10-17-71 BY "
After "BY" there is a signature. It is in great shape with the exception of a crack in the back.
I can take pics if interested.

What are dash pads going for? I'm not looking to make a bunch of money on it... what would be a fair number for a buyer?
Feel free to drop me a PM or email.
Regards,
Amstaff

Please refer to "Forum guidlines and rules, please read". It is a sticky on top of the thread. You are requested to know what you want for your part.

If you are asking what a dash pad is worth? I paid $63 for a perfect (stamped 71) black dash pad, shipping included, 6 months ago. I have seen clean used ones go for $20-$100, depending on condition and color rareness. GM approved restoration dash pads are for sale for $40 plus shipping by a vendor on this board.

Hope I could help, Don

Don,
Thank you for the help on the price. Also, thank you for the heads-up on the Forum Guidelines and Rules. Next time I will need to do a search to find out part prices. I apologize for not following the boards recommended procedures.

I have a black original dashpad still in the shipping tube postmarked from a dealer in Alabama to a dealer in Florida. would rather keep it but would sell for 175.00 + shipping and would wrap the tube in another layer of heavy cardboard to protect the GM tag and postmark. It would ship oversize insured UPS.
