Electrical question

Hey yall, I'm back with another question for the square experts. Just fixed the burnt out bulbs in the instrument panel and now when I turn the lights on my fuel gauge twitches. Anyone know is this common to these trucks? My beasty has been testing my electrical knowledge since I got her, she would pick my weakest discipline...lol gotta love these trucks

Thanks as always
JR

Re: Electrical question

I would remove the cluster again and check the pin tension on the gauge as well as on the connector for the cluster.

Re: Electrical question

Check the grounds first, poor grounds can reek some weird havoc. Does the fuel gauge also flick when the turn signals are used?
