Is the outside door handle driver or passanger? If passanger I will take it and the inner handle shipped to 32068. Price for shipping?

It is the passenger side. $7 to wrap them up and throw em in a priority mail envelope. Might be able to get shipped for a little cheaper but this is easiest for me.
