tranny from a c60?

if i think it is a full 5speed. and they are a little bigger then the sm465. but i am not 100% on that. would be nice to no tho.

maybe i dont no the old ones. its a fuller or eaton trans.the only problem i can see if it does fit (and i think it will) is the imput shaft. you will have to get the clutch and fly wheel to match

Most likely the 5 speed will not have overdrive, as the C60 with the 5 speed usually had a 2 speed rear axle.

i didnt even think of that. alot where not od. but i think if it has the lower gvw it may. also depends on the year too

be careful, I'm not sure those transmissions with the "Drum Style" parking brake will fit in a C10 / C20 / or C30 style cab.

I seem to remember years ago having some sort of interference issue with a trans swap.

The Eaton 8 and a splitter would be the cats whiskers with a Detroit 453. Not so sure about floor clearance.

an 8 and a splitter? hmm i think i like it but i would rather a c or k30 with a 6v53t. but finely someone that speaks my lango haha
