Help with my wheels

Can you please help IDing the wheels that are on my truck. Hopefully the picture will work. I'm just interested in where they are from and what a full set is worth 16.5X10.5. Thanks for your help.

Here in Calif and Oregon, 16.5 wheels are a dime a dozen as the tires are a rare thing to come by. I would convert to 16's Just my opinion.

Just don't go playing with them if they are split rims (there would be a ring around the outer edge that has a split in it)
