report of bridge

Hello j has exchange the engine on a chevrolet c10 put one 5.7 350ci but maintaining the engine mashes is 80 miles I find myself has 4500 tours(towers,ballots) thus I think of exchange the report(relationship) bridge(deck) when think you????

700 r4 overdrive transmission-, or change out rear axle to a higher gear ratio.
or do both.
