Is This Fender Bent

I am pretty sure this section of the fender is bent, just need confirmation from someone else before straightening it out. A pic of a straight one would be great. I have no idea how it got bent like this. But a lot can happen in 45 years. Included a pic of the cab that is almost finished. The fenders are next.

The last fenders I had looked like that too. Whether or not theyre supposed to I don't know.

Someone probably caused that by putting a jack under the fender.

That is supposed to flat and also the cab looks great.
