Question 73 bb towers for 67 chevy trucks

Can anyone tell me if the motor mount towers on a 73 chevy truck can be used on a 67 chevy truck. I found a BB chevy motor at the pick and pull and want to replace the V6 motor that I have now. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

As far as direct bolt in, i don't think they'll work. But you should be able to make them work.
They are too tall if not mistaken.

Even if you can't make them work, you could clean them up and sell them on here for a little more than you'll spend.

Actually, now that i think about it, the frame may need some modification for the big block engine. The fuel pump will be real close to (if not touching) the passenger side frame rail.
There are 2 kinds of big block mounts for the 68 - 72 trucks. The 68 - 71, which are a dime a dozen, but the motor mounts are expensive, and then there are the 72 which will cost an eye tooth, but the motor mounts are dirt cheap.
Check the parts board or start a 'big block towers wanted' thread.
