Will 3/4 ton dogdish hubcaps fit over 14 bolt FF hub?

Hey guys, I need a little help here please. I am trying to buy some hubcaps for my 16x8 wheel vintiques wheels (8 lug) but I can't find any definitive answer on wheter or not the factory hubcaps are deep enough to cover my 14 bolt full floating hubs.

Anyone have experience with this??

I have a 14 bolt FF and factory 16x6.5 wheels with the factory dog dish hub caps and it fits...that's the way it came from the OEM!

Yes the hubcaps will fit with a 14 bolt...the same style hubcap was used from 73 up with the 14 bolt and they were concave in the center. I believe the Eatons hubs may have been a little longer making it necessory for the convex center cap on the 69-72s...not sure on that tho....either way youll have no problems whichever cap you use.

You're right. Both the HO52 and the Dana 60 used in 67-72 required the concave centers. IIRC,the 73-75 caps will still fit those axles, because I'm 99.999% sure I've done that before. BUT...the 75-91 hub caps won't fit on the Dana 60. I'm 99.999% sure they will fit the HO52...cuz IIRC I've run them before.

The 3/4 ton hub caps will fit over the 14 bolt hub, but, the 3/4 ton front hub caps for the front Dana 60 will not fit unless you cut out the hole bigger, i learned the hard way, i bought a nice new shiny set for a lot of money to find out the hole isn't big enough, not too happy about that.

I ran into the same thing when I wanted to run the later K/30 caps on my '72 for winter so my original caps wouldn't get messed up...no go. For years I would cut out K/20 caps and never tried K/30s.

Yes they fit, I just bought an 83 3/4 ton with them on and slapped the cap on my 78 with a 14 bolt and they fit good. As said if i wanted them on the front I would have to cut the center bigger.
