Shackle flip help for this truck

I have a 82 half to and im looking to get some kind of lift to the damn 4x2.I would of liked to get a suspension lift just to level it out.But i think i want to get a shackle flip on the son of a gun.Someone told me i can get a h hinge shackle flip throw some wooden blocks and a leaf spring under the rear. And then put some 2500 coil springs up front. And im looking to get 4 inches ! Is this true.I was at a shop this morning a 4x4 place but they only refered me to some other "suspension professionals"shop as they didnt do older trucks lol.How much would a package like this cost im not spending more then 400 on this or id rather get a suspension spring lift and level it out.My truck already has shocks

As much as I dislike body lifts they may be your best bet to stay within that budget and they may be one of your only options considering the truck is 2wd...

Look up Top Gun Customz on ebay. The have a coil spring spacer for the front. Do a lift or spring in the rear. Pretty easy. You can do it yourself.
