1986 Chevy Silverado 4x4 build
I scored this 1986 Chevy Silverado, 4x4 with a 350 and 3spd manual with a granny gear for a whopping 900 bones. I think I got a hell of a deal on it, it is according to the PO a custom truck, the PO was the second owner and now I have it, the original owner ordered it from chevrolet, it has dual tanks, swb, AC but non power, originally came with a 305 and I was told it has a 350 now, the drive train for the most part is solid, needs a front drive shaft before I can test the 4wd out, it has warn locking hubs, my plans are to restore the body back to original and do a few upgrades to the motor, I don't plan on doing a lift on it. There will be more pictures to come as I move slowly along being as this isn't my main priority project, I have a 66 I'm slowly building.
Well I know you guys all love pictures so here they are: Enjoy and let me know what you think. My driveway is messy it does have a leaking gas tank but the motor and all doesn't leak. Posted via Mobile Device |
