sheared bolt question

I'm putting in Chevelle springs in the rear, hopefully will be enough drop, but of course I have to get the stockers out first. Apparently they hadn't been touched since '62 and I sheared both bottom bolts for the perches. I used liquid wrench and wd40 both and let them sit before I had attempted moving them with a torque wrench and I was trying to go easy. Didn't work. Should I drill them out or do I need to try something else? I would need to drill them from the underside. Another question I have is depending on how much Chevelle springs will drop the rear, do I need to get the adjustable trac bar or will I be ok?

Is your bed off and can you get a four inch grinder in the rails to grind the head off, yes you`ll need a adjustable panhard bar and shock relocators.

The coils are stuck in place for now, can't get inside the coils to the threads. I even tried vise grips, no grip. About the shock relocators.....why the need? I do have shorter Gabriel gas shocks for it.....about 3 inches shorter than what I had. I figured it should work fine in the stock location?

a trick for sheared bolts.
get a washer that has a center hole a tiny bit smaller than the bolt.
weld the center of the washer to the sheared bolt.
now weld a nut or bolt to the washer, and use a wrench to unscrew it.

the heat from the welding should free up the stuck bolt. another thing you can do is when it is still cherry red, spray some water on it, the sudden cooling of the bolt will cause it to contract, and should help break it loose.

This works great, used the techinique on some allen head bolts on Jeep hinges that were rounded out. Start the weld on the bolt head and let it burn in to the bolt good for a couple seconds before moving the tip around and welding on the washer. That'll help the weld to be strong enough to hold, and get more heat on the bolt to help loosen it.
