Wiper Arms- Differences?

I have two sets of wiper arms- one set both arms look identical, second set one arm has a "upward bend" on the end- the other is straight. Which set is correct for my 70 GMC? Thanks in advance--

0n all of the trucks I have the wiper arms have a bend on the end. I have about 20 extra arms I have removed from '67-'72 trucks and they all have the bend. The bend does not go up when the arm is installed it should be horizontal so the blade lays against the windshield rubber on the bottom of the windshield when in the parked position..
