what do you think?
i just found a nice 72 c10 for a reasonable price but i like the 69-70 grille style. are their any other differences between the different year models besides the grille?
i was told i have to replace the core support and the fenders for the 69 grille to fit but what is a "core support"? |

Re: what do you think?
a core support is the support for the radiator that also attaches to the fenders and grille. im not sure about the interchangeability of the grilles thoigh.

Re: what do you think?
i just read your other post and for a 69-68 swap you will definitely have to change the front clip (core support fenders hood) but 69-72 im pretty sure they are the same (dont quote me as ive never done it) and the hoods are for sure.

Re: what do you think?
no tje hoods are the same 67-68 and 69-72. you will still need a core support as it ties the whole front clip together.
