What's with the blue and the yellow connectors??? I didn't notice them with the green battery. Now they really slap me in the face!

So Fred, look a little better now?
I see you have a trans cooler in the front , is it plumbed directly to the trans ? or looped through the Radiator an cooler ? I jus bought one an it's not as big as the one on yours , just want to be safe an not burn up my 350 turbo.. same length , half the width ? still getting it ready for paint so no road test yet .. any thoughts

Re: Updated Pics

Maybe it's just me, but I would have kept the Green INTERSTATE battery due
to it saying INTERSTATE (mark of quality) on it, over a plain ole` black one.

Re: Updated Pics

There are those of use who would disagree on Interstate being a mark of quality. Maybe it's just me,and a few other people at the time, but I had bad experience with them years ago and it's kept me away ever since. Name, color, and all that hardly matter with all batteries made by just a few companies.

That "plain ole' black one" is an AC/Delco. I pulled the sticker off the top and put it on the side of the Battery. I agree with tim also, all batteries are being made by a few companies and then they put their logos on them.

So far this battery is doing it's job well. And since I use my disconnect when I'm NOT driving it, which is Monday through Thursday (usually), it should keep it's charge.
