what do you use to secure door weatherstripping?
So what sort of adhesive do I need to go get to install my weatherstripping onto my cab? I saw the 3M stuff at the auto parts store, but I vaguely remembering hearing that it's not that great and that you're better off using this green goop from Ford, or something like that.

I have used the 3M Gorilla snot many times and it is good stuff it is a little messy however so you must be prepared for that

Why would you want to use weatherstrip? You just replaced all the cab metal. Gotta have a little water in her....haha

I've used the 3M gorilla snot, but I prefer the black version they also make. If any of it sneaks out around an edge, there isn't any hideous yellow residue showing. It comes in the same style red box as the yellow stuff so you have to be careful you're buying the right product.
