Need help on gauge cluster
Guys, need a little help here. I am looking for a new gauge cluster backing pate. Basically the whole assembly that the gauges attach to. I have found the part in the LMC catalogue (38-8100) but it says it will work for trucks that do not have the factory clock in the lower left corner. Well you guessed it, i do. Is there really any reason it wont work? I am ok with drilling a hole if i have to to make it work. Any help?

I think it will work. You might have to drill a hole for the clock power wire and ground to go through but that isn't major.

you will have to remove some of the gauge/dummy light support as well. Dremel makes pretty easy work of that.
