console change

From what I know GM changed the design on the console after they changed the seat belt style to the ridged held in position type with the smaller male & female ends, witch ment no need to have a spot on the console to hold the female ends.

Also if you had shoulder belts they bolted two plastic male ends to the front of the console to hold the two female ends of the shoulder belts.

Theres a photo of this in the Assembly Manual.
